WebSafe Announces Corporate Name Change to vitalEsafe

  BIRMINGHAM (September 1, 2008) – WebSafe, Inc., a provider of secure online data storage since 2004, today announced that it has changed its corporate name to vitalEsafe. The new corporate identity reflects the Company's objective and commitment to provide secure online information storage and exchange for essential documents and files. In connection with the name change, vitalEsafe unveiled a new corporate logo and is now doing business under the new name and identity.


Founded in 2004 by a seasoned team of information technology professionals, WebSafe  decided to make the name change to vitalEsafe to more effectively market the strengths of the company and its innovative solutions for personal and business use.

"Leveraging the combination of "vital"-meaning essential, “E” - electronic, and"safe" – protected from loss or harm,  more effectively aligns the company's corporate name with our business focus and core strengths," stated Donald B. Moore, vitalEsafe Principal and Director of Business Development. "Our strategy of offering secure online storage to address the pressing needs resulting from the explosion in digital data  remains unchanged, and we look forward toadding additional features which will help our customers become more efficient in managing their information. Customers can remain confident that the strong security measures employed by WebSafe will only strengthen and remain the top priority for vitalEsafe" he said.

The company will unveil its new visual identity and Web site this week. As the transition period progresses, customers and interested parties who visit www.websafe.com will be redirected to www.vitalesafe.com.
