Your documents can be stored online and available for viewing by your accountant, attorney, financial planner, etc.  You may store any file type in your safe and have access from any computer with an Internet connection.

In addition to our own shadowSafe solution, vitalEsafe works with a wide variety of backup software vendors. Some are listed in our links section and if you have one you'd like to use that is not listed please contact us to see if we support it.

Uploading a large amount of data can take a significant amount of time. To speed up the initial upload, vitalEsafe offers a program called "Rapid Backup" (included when you subscribe to shadowSafe) where you can store your data on a removable hard drive and send it to us for the initial loading into your safe. Subsequent backups will be much quicker as they will only upload information that has changed since the last backup.  If you would like to discuss this with us please contact technical support.
